recipes for barfi

Gram flour barfi

Ingredients:-
   1. Half kg thick gramflour
   2.Half kg sugar
   3.400 gm khoya
   4.300 gm ghee 
   5. 8-10 strip saffron
   6.One table spoon cardamon powrer
   7.One table spoon yellow colour
  
 Method:-
        Heat ghee in pan and roast gram flour on slow flame.Roast khoya also and keep it aside.

Now add one glass of water in sugar and prepare thin consequence.Pour yellow color in it and stir it well.Mix cardamon powder and mash  khoya in it.Mix it properly.

Now add roasted gram flour in it and mix it properly.

Take out all the mixture in greased plate.Let it set after one hour cut it in to square pieces.Basen barfi is prepared.
