Halva

How we make karanchi halva 
      
 Ingridents:-
                  1.Six big spoon aararot
                  2.Three big spoon jiletin
                  3.One liter water
                  4.Three four drops brown color
                   5.Half bowl pure ghee
                   6.One bowl sugar
                   7.Half table spoon grated tatri
                   8.Half table spoon pistachio
                   9.Half table spoon almonds
Method:-
            Make solution from jiletin and fresh water.Mix aar arot and sugar in it.Put all the ingredients in pan and switch on the gas.Take out dirt with the help of tatri in first boil.

Now heat second pan and pour ghee in it.Heat the ghee and add solution in it.Stir it regularly till mixture leaves the ghee.Grease a tray and spread all mixture on it.Let it set.Decorate it with dry fruits.

Paste silver varq on it.Karanchi halva is prepared.
