Ingredients:-
1.50 gm red chilli
2.125 gm coriander seeds
3.Two big spoon mustard seeds
4.One big spoon chana dal
5.One big spoon arhar dal
6.One big spoon urad dal
7.One big spoon turmeric powder
8.One big spoon asafoetida
9.One big spoon oil.
10.One big spoon cumin seeds
11.some dry bay leaves.
12.Two big spoon fenugreek seeds
Method:-
Pour oil in a pan.Roast coriander seeds , mustard seeds, channa dal, arhar dal, urad dal in it.Roast it properly.When it becomes roast than add all remaining ingredients n it. Roast it till smells comes from it.Let it cool.Grind it in mixi.Fill it in air tight jar.Sambhar masala is prepared.
