How we make pani puri masala at home



Ingredients:-
    1.50 gm dry mint powder 
      2.20 gm dry mango powder 
      3.20 gm black salt
      4.25 gm iodine salt
      5.25 gm cumin seeds 
      6.20 gm dry ginger powder 
      7.10 gm black pepper 
      8.5 gm asafoetida powder 
      6.10 citric acid powder 
      7.10 gm black cumin seeds 
      8.10 gm pepli
Method:-
           Roast both cumin seeds dry in pan till smells come from it. Mix all the ingredients together with roasted cumin seeds.Grind it thin in to mixture.Pani puri masala is prepared.Sieve it from siever and store it in air tight container.
