Fool Mathri
Ingredients:-
1. 250gm maida
2.One table spoon salt
3.Half table spoon caram seeds
4. Half table spoon kassori methi
5.Half table spoon chat masala
6.Oil for frying
Method:-
Mix salt ,Oil as a moan,kasoori methi,caram seeds in maida.Knead flour with hot water and prepare a dough little hard.Take big ball of dough and roll it with the help of roller.
Make a hole in between and cut it in to flower shape.Deep fry it in to hot oil.Fry it till it becomes light brown.Take out from the oil and put it on tissue paper.Spread chat masala on it.fool mathri is ready to eat
Chapati chakri
Ingredients for covering:-
1.250 gm maida
2.Salt according to taste
3.65 gm ghee for moan
4.Refined oil for frying
Ingredients for filling :-
1. Two potato
2.Half table spoon salt
3.Two big spoon white til
4.One table spoon khas-khas
5.One table spoon sugar
6.One table spoon lemon juice
7.One table spoon grated green chilli
8.One table spoon garam masala
9.50 gm coconut powder
10.One table spoon oil
Method:-
Mix salt and oil as a moan in maida and mash it well.Add water in it according to need and Knead it little bit hard.Peel the potato and grated it.Fry potato strips in hot oil till light brown.
Take another pan. Pour one table spoon oil in it.Add white til or coconut powder in it.Cook it for 2-3 minutes.Mix it in fried potato.Add grated green chilli,garam masala,khas-khas,salt,sugar,and lemon juice in it.
Take a small ball of maida dough and roll it thin with the help of rollar.Spread filling material on it and prepare roll from it .Paste all corners with the help of water. Mark the prepared roll with the help of knife.
Fry it in hot oil on light Flame till it is light brown.Fry it equal from all the sides.Take out in the plate.Cut it in to pieces.Chatpati chakri is prepared. Serve it hot with chutney.
Chatpati allu mathri
1.One and half cup maida
2.One fourth cup semolina
3.Half cup boiled and mashed potato
4.One fourth cup caram seeds
5.Two big spoon ghee
6.A pinch of meetha soda
7.Salt according to taste
8.One table spoon red chilli powder
9.Half table spoon black pepper powder
10.One table spoon dry mint powder
11.One fourth table spoon garam masala
12.One fourth table spoon chat masala
Method:-
Mix all the ingredients in maida.Mix it well.Pour two big spoon of gheee as a moan and knead it with light hot water.
Cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes.Knead it again and turn it in to dough.Make small -small balls from it and press it with the help of palm.Fry it in hot oil till golden.
Delicious aloo mathri is prepared.Serve it hot with tea or coffee.
