Tava vegetarian pulav:-
Ingredients:-
1.Two cup boiled rice
2.Half cup long chopped onion
3.100 gm small chopped brokli
4.Half cup small chopped cauliflower
5.One cup long chopped green capsicum
6.One cup long chopped red capsicum
7One cup long chopped yellow capsicum
8.One cup small chopped green onion leaves
9.150 gm cube shape d paneer
10.Two big spoon grated carrot
11.Two table spoon soya sauce
12.Two table spoon chilli sauce
13.Two big spoon refined oil
14. Salt according to taste
Method:-
Pour oil in non stick pan.Add onion in it.Fry it till golden.
Now mix all the vegetables and paneer in it.Cook it for 5 minutes. Add boil rice and salt in it.cook it in a pan for two minutes.Mix it properly.
At the time of serving spread soya sauce and chilli sauce on it.
