Ingredients:-
1.200 gm semolina
2.One glass chach
3.Half table spoonsalt
4.One table spoon eno
5.150 gm paneer
6.Half table spoon black pepper powder
7.cherry for decoration.
Method:-
Mix semolina,salt and chhach together.Keep it aside for two hours.Add black pepper and salt in it.Now pour it in mould with hole.Cook it in steam for 15 minutes.When it becomes cool than take out from the mold.Mix salt and black power in half of grated paneer.Fill this mixturure in scoopy place of semolina cup.Spread tomato sauce on it.Decorate it with cherry or paneer .paste tooth pick in it. Serve it hot.
