China grass pudding:-
Ingredients:-
1.Three cup milk
2.Two big spoon grated china grass
3.Two three big spoon grated sugar
4.Two three big spoon chocolate sauce
5.Some drops of vanila essence
6. cherry for decoration
Method:-
Put pan on gas and pour milk in it.When milk boils 2-3 times than mix china grass in it and stir it regularly.
Cook it properly.When china grass mix in milk than add sugar in it.when mixture will be thick and stick on spoon than switch off the gas and let it cool.
When it cools down than add vanilla essence in it and give it pudding shape.Keep it in fridge for setting.Keep out the prepared pudding from the mold and decorate it with cherry or chocolate sauce China grass pudding is prepared.
Pista delight:-
Ingredients:-
1.Half cup chopped pistachio
2.Half cup almonds
3.Half cup cashew nuts or other dry fruits
4.One big spoon green cardamon powder
5.Half cup grated white gur
6. One big spoon ghee
Method:-
Pour ghee in a pan and heat it on light flame.Add water and gur in it.When thick consequence is prepared than mix dry fruits in it. Keep pistachio aside.
Grease tehe plate and pour gur with dry fruits in it.Press it with smooth bowl for same surface.Spread pistachio on it and press it again. Cut it in to square pieces.Pista delight is prepared.
