Channa masala


Ingredients:-
      1.50 gm coriander seeds 
      2.50 gm cumin seeds 
      3.50 gm red chilli
      4.50 gm dry pomone grate seeds 
      5.25 gm dry ginger powder
      6.50 gm garam masala
      7.50 gm black salt
      8.One big spoon iodine salt
      9.One big spoon kasoori methi
     10.Half table spoon caram seeds 

Method:-
         Take a pan.Roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli, dry pomone grate seeds,  dry ginger powder,kasoori methi, caram seeds in it. When smells  comes from it than take out in plate. Let them cool.When it becomes cool than add garam masala,black salt in it.Grind it in to mixi and fill it in air tight container.Channa masala is prepared.
