rabdi with dalia
Ingredients:-
1. 250 gm khoya
2.100 gm paneer
3.100 gm grated sugar
4.Some drops rose essence
Ingredients for filling
1.One liter full cream milk
2.Half bowl sugar
3.Two big spoon small chopped almonads
4.Two big spoon small chopped pistachio
Method:-
Mix khoya,paneer,grated sugar and essence well.Knead it properly and convert it in to dough.Take small ball from dough and give it dalia or bowl shape with the help of palm.Prepare Dalia from all mixture as same.
Now mix sugar and milk together and put it on slow flame.Prepare laccha rabdi from it.Add saffron in it.Let it cool.Fill each dalia from rabdi and decorate it with dry fruits.
