gourd recipes


Healthy pumpkin barfi:--
             Ingredients:-
                  1.Half liter milk
                  2.Three cup grated gourd
                  3.Two cup khoya
                  4.Three fourth cup khoya
                  5.Two three big spoon chopped pistachio
                  6.One table spoon cardamon powder
Method:-
         Pour milk in pan and put it on gas. When it becomes boil than add grated pumpkin in it.When water and milk of  gourd has been dry than add khoya,sugar and cardamon powder in it.

Cook and stir it regularly.When mixture will leave the pan than switch off the gas.Spread prepared mixture in greased plate.Decorate it with chopped pistachio. Gourd barfi is prepared. When it becomes set cut it in to square pieces.
