Ingredients:-
1.Half cup mecca flour
2.One cup all purpose flour
3.Half cup whear flour
4.Half table spoon salt
5.Half cup small chopped fenu greek leaves
Method:-
Sieve mecca and wheat flour mix maida in it.Add salt and fenu greek seeds in it . Kneed it with the help of water and convert it in to dough.Cover it and keep it aside for three four hours.
Roll it and spread it with the help of palm.Paste it in heated oven.methi nan is pepared .put butter or ghee on nan.Serve it hot.
