Chatpate dates:-

      Ingredients:-
             1.200 gm dates
             2.One table spoon roasted cumin seeds
             3.Half table spoon carom seeds
             4.Half table spoon red chilli powder 
             5.Half table spoon black pepper powder 
             6.Two three big table spoon lemon juice
             7.Two table spoon grated sugar
             8.Black and white salt according to taste 
Method:-
            Take out the seeds from the dates.Now grate cumin seeds and carom seeds and mix sugar,red chilli powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice black and white salt in it.Fill this mixture in dates. Chatpate dates are prepared.Food will digest easily with it .
