Eggless chocolate cake:-
Ingredients:-
1.One fourth cup fresh milk
2.Half tin condensed milk
3.Three fourth cup butter
4.One and half big spoon cocopowder
5.One big spoon chocolate powder
6.One fourth big spoon coffee power
7.One fourth cup sugar
8.One table spoon baking powder
9.One table spoon soda
10.One table spoon chocolate essence
Ingredients for chocolate glassed ice cream:-
1.80 gm icing sugar
2.25 gm butter
3.Half cup cream
4.Two and one fourth big table spoon cocopowder
5.Four and half table spoon hot water
6.Two drops chocolate essence
7.Some dry fruits
8.cashew nuts, dates, walnuts,silver balls for decoration.
Method:-
Sieve all the dry ingredients Mix milk and butter in condensed milk.Mix both the mixture together and mix it properly.
Keep it on greased mold.Bake it in preheated oven on 180 degree centigrade.After baking keep it out side the oven and let it cool.Cut round shape in between.Mix 20gm icing sugar in cream and puff it.Keep it in between cut part of the cake.
Sieve icing sugar and coco powder and mix it in two spoon hot water.Mix butter and essence and beat it .If need mix more water in it.Spread this icing mixture on cake and decorate it with icing sugar or balls.
