Ingredients:-
1.Four brown bread slices
2.One bowl boiled and sprouted moong
3.Three fourth bowl boiled potato
4.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
5.One third small spoon mustered seeds
6. One third small spoon cumin seeds
7.Apinch of asafoetida
8.10-12 curry leaves
9.Chat masala according to tase
10.Small chopped green coriander leaves.
11.One small spoon oil.
12.Thick curd
13.khati chutney
14.Four big spoon butter
15.grated coco powder for decoration
16.0 Number namkin for decoration.
Method:-
Paste butter on both side of bread slice.Press it with palm and put in ovan.Bake it in hot ovan till it is light brown.Prepare it and keep it aside.
Put pan on heat. Pour oil in it and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds in it.Let them temper.Add asafoetida and curry leaves in it.Mix boil moong and potato in it.Spread Salt,chilli and coriander leaves on it.Stir it well for two minutes.Spread chat masala on it. Put this mixture on bread .spread curd or chutney on it.Sprouts is pepared.Serve it.
