How we make banjara paratha

 Ingredients:-
     1.Two cups bajara flour
       2.One table spoon salt
       3.Two chopped green chillies 
       4.One table spoon chopped ginger 
       5.Half cup yog hurt
       6.Some cloves   
       7.Crushed garlic
       8.Oil for frying 

Method:- 

Mix all the ingredients together and knead a plain dough with the help of water. Keep it aside for half an hour.

Now make small balls from dough and roll it with the help of roller.Put this on heated tava. Cook it on slow fire till light brown.
