How we prepare pav bhaji dosa


Ingredients:-
            1.One cup rice
            2.One third cup urad mogar
            3.Boiled vegetables[cauliflower,beans,carrot,peas]
            4.One cup boiled potato
            5.Two tomatoes
            6.One onion
            7.One table spoon ginger
            8.Salt according to taste
            9.One table spoon channa masala powder
          10.One table spoon garlic paste
          11.Red chilli powder
          12. two table spoon pav bhaji masala
          13.Butter according to need
          14.Few chopped coriander leaves
           
Method for prepare pav bhaji masala:-
          Wash rice and pulse and soak it for 4-5 hours.Grind it in mixer.Add salt in it.Cover it and put it aside for 7-8 hours.

   Heat two big spoon butter for make bhaji.Add small chopped onion,ginger and garlic paste in it.Cook it till light golden.Add chopped tomato and salt in it.Cook it till soften.Mix vegetable and spices in it and mash it well.Cook it for some time.Spread coriander leaves in it.

Now grease non stick pan with butter and make a dosa from prepared paste.Fill bhaji as a stuffing in a dosa and roll it.Pav bhaji dosa is prepared.Serve it hot with sambhar and chatni.
