How we make mini idli for fast


Ingredients:-
       1.Half kg kuttu flour
         2.250 gm raj giri flour 
         3.One cup crushed sugar 
         4.Salt half table spoon 
         5.Half cup ghee 
         6.Half cup chilled milk
         7.Half table spoon cardamonn powder 
Method for mini idli for fast:-
              Mix all the ingredients and make dough from it.Make one fourth inches thick chapati with the help of rolling pin.Cut the chapati in shape of cookies with the help of cookies stand.Bake them for fifteen minutes at 180 degree centigrade.You can add almonds and cashew nuts willingly. You can use these mini idli in fast.You can store these cookies for 10- 15 days.
