Ingredients:-
1.Three cups rice
2.One cup dhuli urad dal
3.One table spoon salt
For masala :-
1.Four table spoon oil
2.One table spoon mustard seeds
3.10-15curry leaves
4.four chopped onions
5.Two green choped chillies
Method to prepare masala :-
Heat oil in a pan.Put mustard seeds in it.Now add all the ingredients in it and cook it for five minutes on a high flame.Masala is ready.
How we prepare dosa:-
Soak rice and dal separately for five hours.Now grind it separately and mix it properly.Put salt in the mixture and cover it.Keep this mixture aside for ten hours.
Put heavy tava on high flame.Sprinkle little water over it.Spread dosa mixture on it.After a minute put one table spoon oil on the sides. Now give dosa shape and take it down.Now spread masala on it and fold it masala dosa is prepared. Serve it hot with sambhar or coconut chutney.
