How we prepare spinach gravy



Ingredients:-
         1.250 gm spianch
         2.One able spoon garlic paste
         3.One table spoon chopped ginger
         4.One table spoon green chilli paste
         5.One table spoon cumin seeds
         6.One fourth table spoon meetha soda
         7.One table spoon lemon juice
         8.One fourth table spoon garam masala
         9. One table spoon olive oil.
Method for prepare spinach gravy:-
         Wash spinach properly add sweet soda and boil it. Make paste of it.Pour olive oil in pan.Add cumin seeds,ginger,green chilli and garlic paste and cook it.Add spinach paste now and cook it finely.Switch off the gas and add a lemon juice in it.Spinach gravy is prepared.

How we use spinach gravy:-
                    You can add paneer,tofu,boil sweet corn,boiled and fried baby corn in this gravyand make vegetables.We can also use this gravy to make veg kofta and paneer kofta.
                  We can add flour in this gravy and make green paratha.
