How we prepare tomato gravy at home

 
Ingredients :-
     1.One cup tomato paste
     2.Half table spoon garlic paste
     3.One table spoon onion paste
     4.One table spoon chopped garlic
     5.Two dry red chilli
     6.One table spoon cumin seeds
     7.8- 10 Black pepper
     8.4-5 clove
     9.Salt taste wise
   10.Half table spoon turmeric
   11.Half table spoon coriander powder
   12.Half table spoon chilli powder
   13.Half table spoon garam masala
   14.One table spoon garam masala
  Method:-
    Pour oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds,black pepper,clove and red chilly powder in it.As cumin seed gets fry add garlic paste in it and cook it .

Now add onion paste,garlic and green chilly in it.Cook finely and add tomato paste,salt and all spices.Cook it continuously. When mixture leaves a pan than add water accordingly.

Now switch off the gas.Tomato gravy is prepared.

How we use tomato gravy:-


    We can add any boiled,cooked or fried vegetable in tomato gravy.

    we can prepare different different vegetable in tomato gravy.
