Ingredients:-
1.Two cups suji
2.One cup curd
3.one table spoon salt
4.One table spoon eno
Method:-
Mix suji and curd properly.Cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes.Now add salt and eno in it.Grease the idly stand and put this mixture in it.Steam it for twenty minutes.Rava idly is prepared.Serve it withchutney or sambhar.
