Ingredients:-
1.One cup wheat flour
2.Half cup basen
3.Half cup suji
4.One table spoon garam masala
5.One fourth table spoon asafoetida
6.One table spoon cumin seeds
7.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
8.Oil for frying
Method :-
Mix all the ingredients together and make a plain dough from it .Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Make small balls from it and roll it with the help of roller.Deep fry it.Rajasthani poori is prepared.Serve it with allu ki sabji.
