How we make paneer paratha

 












Ingredients:-
     1.One cup wheat flour
     2.One cup maida
     3.Half cup oil
     4.One table spoon salt
     5.Water as per requirement
     6.Four cups grated paneer
     7.Two table spoon grated ginger
     8.Half cup coriander leaves
    9.Two table spoon lemon juice
  10.Oil for frying
     
   
    
  Method:-
         Mix all the ingredients together and make a plain dough with the help of water.Keep it aside for half an hour.
      Mix all the ingredients together except oil.Make small balls from the dough and roll with a rollar. Fill it with a little mixture and close it .

Roll it again and put it on heated tava.Cook it on slow fire till light brown.Paneer paratha is prepared.Serve it hot with white makhan or chutney.
