How we make punjabi paratha












Ingredients:-
       1.Two cup makki ka aata
       2.Three boiled and mashed potatoes
       3.Two chopped onions
       4.Two chopped green chillies
       5. One table spoon salt
       6.One fourth cup yog hurt
       7.Oil for frying
  Method  for punjabi paratha :-
         Mix all the  ingredients together and make a plain dough. Keep it aside for half an hour

Make small balls from a dough and roll with the rollar. Put it on a heated tava. cook it on slow flame.till light brown.Punjabi paratha is prepared.Serve it hot with chutney,achar or curd.
