Ingredients:-
1.One cup dhuli urad dal
2.Two cup wheat flour
3.One table spoon garam masala
4.One fourth table spoon asafoetida
5.Half cup coriander leaves
6.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
7.Oil for frying
Method:-
Soak dal for three hours and than grind it.Now mix all the ingredients together and make a plain dough.Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Make small balls with the help of roller.Deep fry it.South indian poori is prepared.Serve it with chutney.
