How we prepare coconut gravy at home


 Ingredients:-
     1.One cup raw coconut paste 
       2.Half table spoon ginger paste 
       3.One cup coconut milk
       4.One table spoon refined oil
       5.One table spoon mustard seeds
       6.10-15 curry leaves 
       7.Half table spoon chopped green chillies
       8.Taste wise salt
       9.One table spoon lemon juice
How to prepare coconut gravy:-

   Pour oil in a panand add mustard seeds in it as seeds gets fry add curry leaves, ginger paste and coconut paste in it.than mix chillies and salt in it.Than add coconut milk and cook it till it becomes thick. Switch off the gas and mix lemon juice in it.Coconut gravy is pepared

How to use coconut gravy:- 

      You can make delicious curd rice with this gravy and curd.
    
        Add this gravy in sahi kofta and malai kofta
  
       If we want to different taste of idli or dosa than we can add this gravy in paste of idli or dosa.

      We can use this paste on plain idli.
