Ingredients:-
1. One and half cup maida
2.Half cup grated sugar
3.Half table spoon cardamon powder
4.Oil for moan or frying
Method for prepare mete to she :-
Mix oil as a moan in maida. Now knead maida and convert it in to the dough.Dough should be thick. Now make thick chapati from dough with the help of rollar.Cut it in to square shape pieces. Fry it in hot oil when it becomes golden on slow heat.
Now add grated sugar and cardamon together so that hot to she is covered by layer of consequence.When it cools down than fill it in air tight jar.Mete to she is ready to eat.
