Ingredients:-
1.250 gm coconut powder
2.150 gm grated sugar
3.Two three big spoon milk powder
4.One cup of water
5.One table spoon coriander powder
6.Two table spoon pure ghee
7.Grated pista for decoration
Method for prepare nariyal ki burfi:-
Take a thick based pan . Add sugar and water in it.Put it on the gas .When sugar is dessolverd properly than add nariyal powder ,milk powder and cardamon powder in it.Stir it properly on slow flame.
When mixture leave the corner of the pan than add ghee in it and switch off the gas.Now pour this mixture in greased flat dish.When it has been set than cut it in to different shapes.Decorate it with grated pista.Nariyal ki burfi is prepared.Serve it .
