How we prepare aarbi ki burfi

 Ingredients:-
        1.200gm aarbi
        2.Two cups khoya
        3.One cup sugar
        4.half cup milk
        5.Ghee for frying
        6.Some cardamon powder
        7.Some chopped cashew nuts
        8.One table spoon pista
        9.Half table spoon saffron for decoration
Method for preparation:-
               Peel the aarbi and cut it in to round pieces.Wash it and dry it on the cloth.Put it in the pan and cook it till pink.
How we make burfi:-
  
Pour milk in a pan.When milk boiled than add khoya in it.Now add sugar in it.When water of sugar is dry than add  khoya than aarbi  in it. Mix all dry fruits in it and stir it well .

Grease a plate and spread thick layer of pag in plate.Now spread cardamon powder and kessar on it.Aarbi ki burfi is ready to eat.
