Ingredients:-
1.Two cups rice
2.One cup dhuli urad dal
3.One table spoon salt
4.One table spoon eno fruit salt
For masala :-
1.Four table spoon oil
2.One table spoon mustard seeds
3.10-15curry leaves
4.four chopped onions
5.Two green choped chillies
Method for preparing masala:-
Heat oil in a pan.Put mustard seeds in it.Now add all the ingredients in it and cook it for five minutes on a high flame.Masala is ready for stuffing.
Method for masala idly:-
Grease idly stand and put little idly mixture in it.Now take some masala mixture and put over it.Cover it with little idly mixture.Steam it for 20 minutes.Masala idly is prepared.Serve it hot with chutney or sambhar.
