Ingredients:-
1.One cup maida
2.Half cup basen
3.Two big spoon coconut powder
4.Two big spoon khas -khas
5.Two big spoon white til
6.One table spoon red chilli powder
7.One table spoon dry mango powder
8.One table spoon garam masala
9.One table spoon cumin seeds
10.One table spoon coriander powder
11.One table spoon small chopped ginger
12.salt according to taste
13.Oil for frying
14.Two big spoon consequence
Method for preparation bhakerwari:-
Mix maida, basen, two table spoon oil and salt.Knead it properly with the help of water and convert it in to dough .Mix all the remaining ingredients except consequence and oil.
Now make small balls from dough and make a chapati from it with the help of roller.
Wrap it from thin layer of consequence.Sprinkle dry masala mixture on it.Now roll it and fold it.Cook it in steam for 8-10 minutes.
Now cut one inches rings from it and fry it in to hot oil till it becomes golden.Bhakerwari is prepare . let it cool.When it cools down fill it in the air tight container .
