Ingredients:-
For masala:-
1. One fourth cup urad dhuli dal roasted
2.One fourth cup chana dal roasted
3.Half cup dhania powder roasted
4.Two table spoon roasted chilly powder
5.Four chopped and fried onion
6.One table spoon dana methi
7.Half table spoon haldi
8.Half table spoon hing
9.One table spoon jeera
10.Two cloves
11.Two cardamons
12.Four chopped tomatoes
13.Two cups imli water
Method:-
Mix all the ingredients and grind it properly.
Ingredients for curry
1. Two cups boiled arahr dal
2.Four dry red chillies
3.Two table spoon rai
4.15-20curry leaves
5.Half cup chopped cardamons leaves
6.Six cups water
7.Two table spoon oil
8.Salt and red chilly powder according to taste
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan. put rai and curry leaves in it.Now add ground masala in it.Cook it on high flame for five minutes. Now add all the ingredients in it and cook it for fifteen minuteson high flame.Sambhar is prepared.Serve it with idli, vada or uttpam.
