How we prepare white gravy

Ingredients:-
    1.One cup cashew nuts
    2.One table spoon corn flour 
    3.Salt taste wise
    4.One table spoon cumin seeds 
    5.One chakr phool 
    6.One pepli
    7.Black pepper powder taste wise 
  8.One fourth table spoon cinamon powder 
   9.One table spoon chopped ginger 
  10.One table spoon chopped green chilly
  11.One table spoon sugar
  12.One table spoon olive oil
  13.One table spoon lemon juice
  14.Some chopped coriander leaves 

Method for prepare white gravy  :-
          Soak coconut for 5-6 hours.Now make paste from it.Pour oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds chakr phool peepli and ginger in it .Add cashew nuts paste and cook it. add water accordingly,salt cinnamon and sugar in it.Add water in corn flour and prepare paste from it and mix this paste in gravy .Cook it  with continuously mixing.Switch off the gas.Add lemon juice in it and sprinkle coriander leaves on it .White gravy is prepared .
How to use white gravy :-
        We can use  white gravy in sahi vegetables or  dry fruits vegetables.
    
       If we want to prepare delicious kofta we can use white gravy in it.
