How we make muglai puri at home



Ingredients:-
      1.One cup mava
      2.One cup grated paneer
      3.One cup boiled peas
      4.Four cups maida
      5.One cup tomato paste
      6.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
      7.Oil for frying
  Method:-
           Mix all the ingredients together knead it and convert it in to dough.Keep it aside for 10 minutes.Make small balls from it and roll it with roller.Deep fry it in to hot oil.Serve it hot.
