Ingredients:-
1.Three cup boiled palak
2.Four cup maida
3.One table spoon sugar
4.Six green chilli paste
5.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
6.Oil for frying
Method:-
Mix all the ingredients together and knead it and turn it in to dough.Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Now prepare small balls from it and roll it with roller.Deep fry it.Green palak puri is prepared.Serve it hot with dhania chutney.
