Ingredients:-
1.One cup curd
2.One table spoon refined oil
3.Half table spoon cumin seeds
4.One fourth table spoon asafoetida
5.One table spoon coriander powder
6.One fourth table spoon turmeric powder
7.Salt according to taste
8.Half table spoon garammasala
9.One table spoon chopped coriander leaves
10.One table spoon chopped ginger
11.Two long chopped green chilli
Method for prepare curd gravy:-
Pour oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida in it.As cumin seeds gets fry than add ginger green chillies,Salt turmeric coriander, red chilli powder.Add water accordingly and cook it.Switch off the gas and add beated curd and garam masala in it.Curd gravy is prepared.
How we use curd gravy:-
Add fried roasted papad in it.
When we prepare mangori,arbi and potato vegetable than we can use curd gravy.
