Ingredients:-
For dough:-
1.One cup wheat flour
2.One cup maida
3.One fourth cup oil
4.One table spoon salt
5.Water according to need
For stuffing:-
1.Two cups boiled peas
2.One table spoon lime juice
3.One cup mint leaves
4.Salt and chilli powder according to need
Method for the dough
Mix all the ingredients together and make a plain dough with the help of water. Keep it aside for half an hour.
For the filling :-
Mix all the ingredients together except oil.Make small balls from the dough and roll with the rollar fill little mixture and close it.Roll it again and and put this on heated tava.
Cook it on light fire till light brown.Green paratha is prepared .Serve it hot with chutni.
